Refund Policy

All customised products will be fulfilled by the following refund policy.

• We provide extra care to our clients’ merchandise while printing and check with the client at least twice before printing. Once printed, we will not be able to change or exchange the product.
• If we have made a mistake with the name printed on the wrong size, measurement of the cloth, or defect in the fabric, we will arrange for a pickup and correct it within four working days of it reaching our New Delhi office.
• When shipping items to us for a reverse pickup, please ensure that all items are clean and in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
• All clothing sizes are provided according to the sizing chart provided by Stubborn Factory. We ask our client to be cautious when ordering merchandise, as it may not fit properly if measured incorrectly.
• Stubborn Factory Private Limited reserves the right to make decisions regarding refunds and exchanges.
• All disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

All non-customized products will be fulfilled by the following refund policy.

• Customers can exchange or return an item within 7 days after receiving it if there is no customization on the product.
• All items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below:

• When we receive your package and complete any necessary quality checks, we will issue a refund to the same account it was paid from. It may take between 3-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds of shipping and COD charges are not applicable.
• If the returned goods are found to be used, mutilated or altered in any way from how they were sent, we will not issue a refund or exchange. The goods will be returned to you.
• Stubborn Factory Private Limited reserves the right to make decisions regarding refunds and exchanges.
• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless the wrong product has been delivered.
• All disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
