Terms and Conditions
- Delivery: The package will be shipped within 7-10 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and other public holidays). We make every effort to deliver your order in time, however, due to unavoidable circumstances, the order can be delayed.
- We work to deliver the best products. In case of any defects found while finishing, it is our responsibility to fix and deliver to you separately, which can take a few more days
.
- Order Cancellation: Once the payment has been processed and the invoice has been generated, it is not possible to cancel the order. In case of cancellation, a penalty of 100% will be applied.
- We believe in perfection and quality, hence to maintain that our team will contact the person in-charge multiple times to get an approval of the design, size and print. We believe it to be checked thoroughly every time, because once confirmed, no changes can be made to the final product.
- Delivery chargers: We do not charge for one location delivery, that is a bulk delivery at one address. While, if there are multiple addresses to be delivered on or a door to door shipment then a delivery charge will be applicable on each doorstep delivery.
- Size & Colour: The size and fitting of the merchandise will be according to the size chart provided by Stubborn Factory. We try to provide you a preview of how the merchandise will look in the form of a mock-up, however, because the image on the screen and the image from the printer use two different colour sources, Colours of the fabric and print may slightly vary from what is shown in the mock-up.
- Refund & Replacement: We deliver the order with utmost perfection and after confirming with you at least 3 times. However, if there is any mistake from our end, we will replace the item within the next 7 working days. No refund is possible once the order is confirmed.
